AI Transparency
Public Bid Desk is an AI-assisted research and business-intelligence service. We use AI to help collect, summarize, classify, draft, and organize public-bid information from source materials.
Human review and responsibility
AI assists our research process, but it does not make final legal, procurement, financial, eligibility, or submission decisions. Client-facing and public-facing outputs are subject to human review where applicable. Clients remain responsible for final eligibility review, pricing, certifications, representations, and bid submissions.
Source documents control
Our summaries are intended to make public procurement information easier to review. If there is any conflict between a Public Bid Desk summary and an official procurement source document, the official source document controls.
What we do not provide
- We do not guarantee contract awards.
- We do not submit bids on behalf of clients.
- We do not sign certifications or make representations for clients.
- We do not fabricate qualifications, certifications, references, pricing, or past performance.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, procurement-compliance, or financial advice.
AI-generated content and provenance
Where AI-generated or AI-assisted content is public-facing, we use disclosure or human editorial review as appropriate. For generated files or media, we preserve machine-readable provenance or AI-origin metadata where technically feasible and do not intentionally remove AI-origin metadata to conceal AI involvement.
