Privacy policy

This plain-English policy explains how Public Bid Desk handles inquiry and intake information. Last updated August 2026.

Information we collect

Public Bid Desk may receive business contact details, company websites, service categories, target geographies, certifications, contract vehicles, agency preferences, skip criteria, and other non-sensitive information that prospective clients choose to send by email or intake form.

Information not to send

Do not send passwords, private keys, bank details, payment-card numbers, SSNs, full tax IDs, confidential proposal material, or sensitive legal documents through the website intake form or ordinary email.

How information is used

We use inquiry and intake information to prepare sample scans, tailor public-source bid monitoring, send service communications, produce opportunity briefs, and maintain business records. Public Bid Desk is an asynchronous, intake-driven research service; intake details help reduce unnecessary calls and manual back-and-forth.

AI-assisted processing

Public Bid Desk may use AI-assisted tools and service providers to help collect, summarize, classify, draft, and organize public-bid information and client intake details for service delivery. Do not send highly sensitive personal, payment, credential, tax, legal, or confidential proposal information through the website intake form or ordinary email.

We aim to use AI systems for research support and drafting, not final legal, procurement, financial, eligibility, or submission decisions. See AI transparency.

Sharing

We do not sell client inquiry or intake information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the business, when required by law, or with the client's direction. Public procurement sources and buyer documents may be referenced in deliverables because they are part of the service.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards for business information, but ordinary email and mailto forms are not designed for highly sensitive data. Inquiry and service records may be retained as needed for operations, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of inquiry information by emailing hello@publicbiddesk.com. Some records may be retained when needed for legitimate business, legal, accounting, or security reasons.
