Terms & disclosures
Plain-English service boundaries for Public Bid Desk. These disclosures are intended to reduce confusion before work begins.
What Public Bid Desk provides
Public Bid Desk provides asynchronous, intake-driven, AI-assisted public-sector opportunity monitoring, source-linked summaries, requirement flags, deadline tracking, fit notes, and bid/no-bid research support for contractors. Services are designed to be delivered from client-provided intake details and public procurement sources without live consulting or manual account management.
What Public Bid Desk does not provide
- We do not guarantee contract awards, revenue, acceptance, or procurement outcomes.
- We do not submit bids, proposals, certifications, registrations, or official representations on behalf of clients.
- We do not sign forms, certifications, affidavits, representations, price sheets, or compliance documents for clients.
- We do not fabricate qualifications, certifications, past performance, references, pricing, insurance, bonding, or manufacturer authorization.
- We do not provide live proposal management, call-heavy consulting, or account-management services unless separately agreed in writing.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or formal compliance advice.
Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for final eligibility review, pricing, representations, registrations, certifications, proposal content, submission decisions, and compliance with procurement rules. Public Bid Desk can help identify and organize public-source information, but the client must verify fit before pursuing or submitting.
AI-assisted research disclosure
Public Bid Desk may use AI-assisted tools to collect, summarize, classify, draft, and organize public-bid information. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be verified against official procurement source documents before reliance.
AI assists our research process, but it does not make final legal, procurement, financial, eligibility, or submission decisions. Client-facing and public-facing outputs are reviewed where applicable. Official procurement source documents control if there is any conflict between those documents and a Public Bid Desk summary.
Where technically feasible, Public Bid Desk preserves AI-origin metadata or provenance records for AI-generated files or media and uses human review or disclosure for public-facing AI-assisted content as appropriate. See AI transparency.
Cancellations and refunds
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, recurring services are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing period. Work already delivered or in progress may not be refundable. Custom scans, one-time research, and setup work may be non-refundable once started.
